He didn’t hang out on the floor anymore, and when he did, it was with his friends from the BSA who came by to see him. Most of the guys on the floor stopped talking to him. I decided to have a talk with Andre. I asked him to come to my room and chat. This is where I made my big mistake. Well, actually, I made several big mistakes all in one sitting. We ended up having to cancel the event a few minutes after the starting time once I realized we had no charcoal and so few people were there.

They looked a little disappointed; which was kind of a complement to us; they actually wanted to see us again!
