It is this: in public debates, especially in politics, one who is ready for a rational debate may bump into a rhetorician who spoils the game. The question is, what does one do under such circumstances? In western movies the hero draws a gun and forces liars to show the cards that they have up their sleeve; in domestic comedies chess players stop the game when they face a breach of the rules of the game.

For example, one relation is that neither was mentioned in the first chapter of this book. This relation is clearly uninteresting, but it still is a relation.
